Terms & Conditions – Your Agreement with okbj

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "okbj", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the okbj platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for providing the betting and gaming services accessible via okbj.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account on the okbj platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the okbj website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications or services operated under the okbj brand.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the Platform, including their wallet balance, betting history, and personal settings.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer game, or other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to funds held in a Player's account wallet, including both real-money deposits and eligible bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to separate wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference timezone for all platform operations, support hours, and promotional deadlines.
• "MFS" — Mobile Financial Services, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, used as deposit and withdrawal channels on the Platform.
• "USDT" — USD Tether, a stablecoin cryptocurrency accepted on the Platform via the TRC-20 blockchain network.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, requiring Players to submit identity documents for account authentication and compliance purposes.

By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the okbj Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire and binding agreement between you and okbj with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the Platform including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, virtual games, promotions, bonuses, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.

To register and maintain an active account on okbj, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okbj enforces a minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming best practice and in recognition of the social and financial responsibilities associated with betting and gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold accounts on the Platform.
• You must be using the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether imposed by okbj or any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You must provide a valid, accurate, and verifiable email address, mobile phone number, and full legal name at the time of registration. Details provided must match your official government-issued identity documents.
• You are permitted to hold one account only on the okbj Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — regardless of the payment methods or device used — is a material breach of these Terms.

okbj reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okbj account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. okbj will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Do not disclose your credentials to any third party.

• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any third party to access or operate your account.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your okbj account that is not shared with any other online service.
• You must notify okbj immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• okbj accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access results from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

okbj employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing — they are not stored or accessible in plain text by any okbj employee.

okbj supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and USDT (TRC-20). The availability of individual methods may vary subject to operational requirements and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for MFS channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Minimum deposit: 10 USDT for cryptocurrency (TRC-20) transactions.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt and network/gateway confirmation. Standard MFS processing time is under 2 minutes during BST business hours.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 for MFS channels.
• Minimum withdrawal: 10 USDT for cryptocurrency.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and ensure funds are returned to their verified source.
• MFS withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during BST business hours (08:00–22:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the following business day.
• USDT withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to blockchain confirmation times on the TRC-20 network.
• okbj reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 or equivalent in USDT.

okbj offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed basic account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotional offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus activity cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per offer. Sports bets contribute based on qualifying odds thresholds stated in the offer terms.
• okbj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms, or cancel a Player's bonus eligibility at any time if abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per payment account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times by creating multiple accounts constitutes bonus fraud.

All bets placed on the okbj Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet, you accept the rules governing that event or game as displayed on the Platform at the time the bet is placed.

• Bets are final once confirmed. okbj does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where the Platform has accepted a bet erroneously due to a manifest technical error.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market — okbj reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's account.
• For live (in-play) betting, bets are accepted subject to live match conditions. okbj reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time at its discretion, particularly during significant match events such as wickets, penalties, or video reviews.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other listed competitions — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports Rules section of the Platform.
• Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. okbj does not control the outcome of individual game rounds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within each game or market interface. These limits may be adjusted at okbj's discretion without advance notice.
• In the event of a technical fault during gameplay or a sporting event that results in an ambiguous or incomplete bet outcome, okbj's decision regarding the settlement of the bet is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbj Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Match-fixing and corruption: Betting on matches or events that you have any direct or indirect ability to influence, or where you have knowledge of a pre-determined outcome.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, AI betting assistants, or any automated system to place bets, interact with the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or malfunctions in the Platform's software or third-party game engines to generate winnings. Any winnings generated from a known or suspected software error are void.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. okbj cooperates fully with financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• Fraud and identity misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment credentials, or impersonating another individual at any stage of the account or payment process.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargeback claims with a payment provider after legitimate betting activity has been completed on the Platform.
• Harassment: Using the Platform's support or communication channels to harass, threaten, or abuse okbj staff or other players.

okbj is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Players manage their gaming activity. We believe that betting should remain an enjoyable recreational activity and we actively work to prevent gambling-related harm.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Cool-off periods: Players may activate a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be used to place bets, access games, or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need to take a longer break from gambling may request permanent or time-defined self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

• The okbj name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of okbj. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or commercial communications — is strictly prohibited.
• Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio. Your use of those games via the Platform is governed by the end-user licence terms of those providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbj, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from bet outcomes, game results, or market settlements;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical interruptions, server failures, or connectivity issues beyond okbj's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or game data caused by third-party data feed errors;
• Losses arising from your reliance on promotional communications that contain errors or omissions;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbj makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

okbj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information (name, email, phone number, date of birth), payment transaction records, KYC documents, betting history, session logs, and device/browser identifiers.
• Data is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement.
• okbj does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, formatting changes, or corrections of typographical errors) may take effect immediately without advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which okbj is licensed and incorporated. Players in Bangladesh acknowledge that they access the Platform voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable to their individual circumstances.

• Disputes regarding account balances or payment transactions must be submitted within 60 days of the relevant transaction date.
• okbj's decision on all disputes is final and binding unless a clear factual error can be demonstrated by the Player.
